The residences at Birney Park, designed by the noted architectural firm Historical Concepts, offer a modern interpretation of classically elegant architecture that is inspired by its storied surroundings and informed by Beacon Street’s well-established design principles.

First to rise will be The Brightbury, a boutique condominium with 18 gracefully appointed residences, drawing cues from both the heart of London and the historic streets of Raleigh.
