The transformation of the Country Club Homes community on Oberlin Road is moving forward as a local developer is planning various residential projects.

Beacon Street Development has filed new site plans for the first phase of its three-part residential development in the Budleigh East community in Raleigh being developed by Grubb Ventures, Williams Realty & Building Company and Clancy & Theys Construction Company.
