The place

The homes

Fairview Row was approached with a sense of a responsibility to this historic neighborhood, and its longstanding reputation for classical design.

With Colonial & Federal architecture inspired by the surrounding historical vernacular, the three newly constructed Fairview Row condominiums were carefully woven into the existing streetscape to blend seamlessly into the neighborhood. Each has its own distinct characteristics; all look, function and feel as if they existed from the historical beginnings of Five Points.

Everything in its proper place.

Inside the stately brick exteriors, attention was paid to every detail, from appropriate period moldings and easily accessible elevators to high-end fixtures and acoustically tested soundproofing. Open floors plans, ample windows, and customized finishes created 14 unique homes that reflect the personal style of each owner.
