It’s looking like a bumper crop.
Even before any soil was turned, the vision for this new phase of Moss Landing was to expand on a true neighborhood. A riverside oasis perfect for leisurely walks, casual conversations, sunset sails—and the perfect backdrop for residents to set off on new adventures. We’re pleased to share this glimpse at the fruits of those labors, and show off the new homes, parks, and marina that are springing to life.
The Peach is in season.
As the first phase of Moss Landing demonstrated, this is a wonderful place to put down roots, whether you’re looking for a regular getaway or thinking about a more permanent stay. With half of the available homesites in Phase 2 already spoken for, we know that Moss Landing is ideal for those seeking a connected and relaxed lifestyle—close to activities and amenities, far removed from the frantic pace that too often engulfs us.
In addition to the Peach, two other cottages are complete and available for purchase. Click below to see more photos and pick your favorite.
In & Around Town
Things to do, places to stay, stores to explore, and more
Family-owned Washington Crab has been a local landmark for more than 50 years. You can shop in their downtown store, eat in the restaurant—or have them cater your next event. That’s what we did for our recent residents’ oyster roast, where friends old and new celebrated the neighborhood they’ve had such an important role in creating.
Come visit a place that will grow on you.
Even for those who fall in love with Moss Landing at first sight, you’ll keep finding more to enjoy as time goes by—not least of which are the people who’ll be your neighbors. This is the perfect time to come and get a taste of this special place for yourself.
