The transformation of the former Country Club Homes community on Oberlin Road in Raleigh is progressing as a developer plans new homes and commercial space.

Beacon Street Development has filed new site plans for the next phase of its three-part residential development in the Budleigh East community at the corner of Fairview and Oberlin roads. The Budleigh East project is a partnership between Beacon Street, Grubb Ventures, Williams Realty & Building Company and Clancy & Theys Construction Company.
